Dosto ishko Bajre ki roti ke Sath Khaya Jata hai.
aur sath me aap Pyaz(raw onion) butter milk bhi le shakte hai agar aap chahe to ishe Bread ke sath bhi kha shakte hai.

Oil = 250 gm,Tuver = 250 gm,Spring onion = 250 gm,Garlic = 50 gm,Ginger = 25 gm,Green Chilli = 2-3 pcs,Tampatri = 1 pcs,Red chilli =2 pcs,Tomato = 2 pcs,Red Onion = 2 pcs,Ganthiya = 50 Gms,Black Mustered(Rai)= ½ tps,Jira = ½ tps,Coriander(Dhaniya)= as per need,Chilli = 3-4 tps,Salt as per need,Dhaniya+ jeera masala = 3 tps,Garam masala = 2tps,Haldi ( Termaric ) = 1 tps,Water

Dosto ye Sabji banane ke liye hame sabse pahle sabhi masalo ka ek Pest banana hota hai ye me pahle aapko bata deta hu ki vo kaise banate hai.

aap Ginger, garlic or Green chilli ka pest bana lena hai or in teeno pest ko mix kar lena hai.
Ab is pest ke Ander Red chilli 4-5 tps, salt,Dhaniya powder,termeric milake ishke ander thoda pani daal ke mix kar lijiye or ishe 10 minute tak aise hi rehne de.

Frienda ye jo nuskhs hai aisa karne se jo sabji ki gravy hai vo ekdam tasty banti hai.

or ushki jo smell hai vo bhi lajvab hoti hai. aap kisi bhi Gravy vali sabji banate hai to aisa karke dekh lena aapko sabji me jarur fark dikhega.

Ab Ek tapeli ya kadai me Oil Garam karna hai Oil hame jitni tuver li hai utna hi lena hai. matlab agar hamne 500 gm tuver Li hai to oil bhi utna hi lena hai.

Oil garam hone ke baad ushme hame sabhi Tadke vale Masale dalne hai.jaise ki Mustered Seed, tam patri, Clove,Daal chini,

ye sab daal ne ke baad hame Spring Onion Daal ni hai or sath me thodi si Onion pest bhi daal ni hai or ushke brown hone tak ishe hame pakana hai. or bich bich me kadchi se hilate rehna hai kyun ki ye talve par chipak na jaye or jal najaye.

Onion ke Brown hone ke baad hame Masale ka jo pest banaya tha ushe daal na hai or karib 15 minut tak pakne dena hai or bich me hilate rehna hai.

Ab ishke ander hame Ubli hui tuver Daal ni hai. hame tuver ko boil karte vakt yah dhyan rakhna hai ki tuver fat jaye tab tak ushe ubalna hai.

Thodi der pakne ke baad hame ishke ander Tomato pest daal na hai or fir thodi der pakne dena hai or hame bich me hilte rehna hai sabji ko taki jal na jaye chipak na jaye.

Ab ishke ander 1 ya 2 glass water daalna hai aap jaisee gravy rakhna chahte ho itna or thoda ublne dena hai.

Ab hame Gathiya ya fir Sev(namkin) jo bhi ho ishko pani me bhigo ke rakhna hai 5 minute tak. or vo ishke ander daalna hai.

Last me hame ishke ander thoda Dhaniya dalna hai.
